By Car

From Junction 45 of M4, take exit signposted Swansea A4067 and then first exit from dual carriageway.
Follow signs for park and ride COUNTY HALL Parking for around 400 cars. 7 buses servicing this park and ride on match days. Parking is free bus fares are £2.50 for adults and 50p for Under 16s DIRECTIONS;
From Junction 42 on M4, follow A483 to Swansea City centre. County Hall is on your left hand side shortly after you pass Tescos on the right and directly opposite Swansea prison. From Junction 42 on M4, follow A483 to Swansea City centre. Pass county hall as above and recreation ground is a further mile down the road just past the St Helens ground on your right hand side. THERE WILL ALSO BE AN OVERSPILL WHEN NEEDED AT SWANSEA UNIVERSITY. Frequent buses also run from the Quadrant Bus Station which is located in the city centre

NOTE: THERE IS NO PARKING AT THE STADIUM AVAILABLE ON MATCH DAYS

Trains

Swansea High Street station is approximately 2.6 miles from the new stadium. There will be frequent bus shuttles from the station to the stadium on match days

Buses

Frequent buses run from the following park and ride locations on match days SWANSEA VALE Parking for around 2,500 cars. 40 buses servicing the park and ride on match days meaning transport every few minutes. Buses are free but parking is £5 per car.

 


Fans coming to the new stadium are being advised to use the thousands of new Park and Ride spaces being created across Swansea to ensure that they arrive at the new £27m facility quickly, easily and safely.

The stadium is also ideally placed on the excellent route 43 of the National Cycle network. Fans cycling to the stadium can safely store their bikes in new racks which have been provided by the developer.

  • There are three large park and ride sites for match days, with shuttle buses running to the stadium every few minutes –
  • Swansea Vale has approximately 2,000 car parking spaces and will be serviced by a fleet of approximately 40 buses providing free rides to the stadium. There will be a £5 charge for parking.
  • County Hall Car Park has approximately 400 spaces and will be serviced by approximately seven buses. Parking at this site is free and there will be a charge of £2 (adults) and 50p (children U16) for buses to the stadium.
  • The Recreation Ground has approximately 700 spaces and will be serviced by approximately 20 buses. Parking at this site is free and there will be a charge of £2 (adults) and 50p (children U16) for buses to the stadium.
  • There is a disabled drop-off bay at the stadium and wheel chair accessible park and ride buses.
  • Parking at the stadium is extremely limited and is only available for players, the media, disabled supporters and stadium staff.
  • Fans will not be allowed to park in the Morfa retail park or residential areas next to the stadium.
  • The plan will be widely available through the regional press, in leaflet and poster format, and via the websites of the Swans, the Ospreys, the stadium and the local council.

* Vouchers must be exchanged for matchday tickets at least 48 hours before each match. Seats will be allocated according to availability in the East Stand.

To qualify for . . .

An Under-16's ticket, you must be under 16 years as of 1st August 2007. If you turn 16 on 1st August 2007 you do not qualify for this ticket.

A Senior Citizen ticket, you must be 65 years of age, or older on 1st August 2007. If you turn 65 on 1st August 2007 you can still qualify for this ticket.

A Full-Time Student ticket, you must be over 16 and in full-time education. You MUST produce a letter from the school, college or university to confirm that you will be in full-time education after August 2007. Producing a student card is insufficient proof.

A Disabled ticket, you must be in receipt of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) at the higher rate. You must produce all relevant documentation.
